Performance management is all the rage these days and for good reason: it works.

However, it brings in its wake a large volume of required documentation to be interlinked and retained to monitor performance. That problem with performance management is easily corrected with the appropriate software package which can dramatically improve the workability of the overall system, enabling you to seamlessly link your appraisal and performance pay systems thereby improving employee motivation.

As it is St Patrick’s Day tomorrow I thought some info regarding the Emerald Isle would be appropriate, after all, since it’s inclusion in the EU the Celtic Tiger has made a massive roar that has made the rest of the world sit up and take notice in recent years.

Business, especially small business, has boomed in the Irish Republic and many young people are going into business for themselves, so what’s available for the young entrepreneur in Ireland today?…

The Bank of Ireland seems a pretty good bet at the moment as it has designed a package that especially caters for young people and those venturing for the first time into the business world.  Their business start up package offers a long list of great benefits mostly including set up services completely free of any fees, and as you know, when you are just starting out you want to be paying out as little as possible.

Have a look and see what you think!
