Back into French hands

We have just about completed packing up our hotel business in France and as we went around the place just before leaving recently I took some photos of the place which was our home since 2004.

It looked very lonely and empty – all our office furniture looked strangely forlorn with no computer sitting there and no paperwork lying around the desk. Still, a new owner will be moving in very soon and I hope they treat the business with as much care and love as we did. I feel that it is fitting that a french couple have bought the place – the building is over 300 years old and somehow it belongs in french hands.

I hope they are as happy there as we were
