We spend an average of two hours a day at our local gym and that is two hours a day, five days a week. We decided a few months back that we would get really serious about our new fitness regime and have stuck ton it with a vengeance. One thing we do notice though is how much more seriously some others at the gym seem to take their exercising.
One particular group of fellows don’t seem to do anything other than work out, every day of the week. I wonder if they actually ever go to work…? they always seem to be at the gym. When we arrive they are always sitting down in the lounge area to a meal of BBQ chicken (yes, it’s true…) and potatoes – they are well fit so lets not argue with their diet. But I do notice as well that they pop these tablets with their meal – now if you are looking to improve your health by taking supplements then make good use of online supplement reviews if you don’t have an expert on hand to ask, but so far, personally, we have not summed up the courage to ask what they are taking!
