This is the time of year when gym memberships go through the roof – all those new year resolutions see to that. Seeing though as most of those gym memberships get dropped once we are into February tells a story – that many people either get put off by not getting the results they want fast enough or people just lose the enthusiasm they seem to have in early January.
Gyms also push heavily those supplements that promise to build muscle and burn fat, we have even bought them, but it depends on diet as well and frequency of exercise as to what results you do get. Products such as l-leucine make such claims and as it is one of the higher profile products on the market it’s reliability seems to have some credence. Once again though it appears that a combination of factors have to be put into place if any desirable results are seen.
