A friend of mine has just recently returned from her annual ‘beach vacation rentals‘ holiday and had about US$70 left over – unlike myself as I usually spend every single cent before I come home.
However she was complaining how her boyfriend exchanged the leftover dollars at the post office and only received just over £35 back – thats an incredible amount of commission charges he paid!
You don’t need to do this with any of your leftover currency – simply take it to M&S or Tesco and spend it. These stores accept all currencies and will work out the exchange rate at the checkout for you. No charges or commission. You may as well spend it rather than lose it.
