Get your own back on Ryanair

Just about every person who has travelled with Ryanair has a story to tell and those stories would cover all areas of Ryanair’s service. Have you ever registered a complaint with the airline…? were you happy with the response…?

Now’s you chance to get your own back or, if you are one of ‘the few’, voice your satisfaction. BBC’s Panorama series is filming a documentary on Ryanair and are seeking travellers who have used the airline to tell their stories – also employees past and present. Now’s your chance.

What would I have a moan about…? as a family with very young children I would have a swipe at their cattle-class boarding procedure. More than once my children have been almost trampled by rude passengers all eager to board the plane before everyone else – priority boarding for parents with children and the disabled should be mandatory and NOT cost a penny. But we now have our own method: once on the plane steps we place our children in front of us and follow behind holding onto both rails with each hand – absolutely NO-ONE gets past us and we take our time going up the steps. There’s enough seats for everyone guys!
