Ramsey is, unlike past famous chefs, a good and astute business man – he’s a Scot afterall! but it still has not stopped these disasters occurring for him. Whilst the population might still retain their appetite for good food it is obvious that spending the equivalent of a weeks wages on a meal for two people has lost it’s appeal.
