Sometimes you have to agree that there is often far too much advice out there with so many experts telling you what you can and cannot do, what you can and cannot eat…or drink. The best vitamins though come from eating a good, nutritious diet and not denying yourself the nicer things along with it. Go easy on the soft french cheeses though and of course avoid liver pates due to the excess vitamin A dangers.
