Navigating the diet supplement industry

Since arriving back in the UK one difference I have noticed around the shopping centres and on the High Street is that of the number of Chinese Health stores which have opened and are prominent almost everywhere you go.

Even more interesting is seeing the numbers of people standing at the counters and buying the herbal mixtures.

Detoxing using the various methods such as Orovo, and even those which the pharmacies market themselves, has become very popular but of course you need to consult an expert before you use these products. It seems that people are starting to turn to the alternatives that the Chinese offer in bigger numbers. Most supplements come in pill form – seeing your health supplements mixed in front of you using ancient herbs and plants means you see everything that goes into them.
