		<description>Such a terrible catastrophe! Could have it been prevented, of course! Can we still do anything about it? Sure we can! Or maybe not us, but those who possess the capacity to handle such large scale disaster. Who are we talking about? The President of the United States! The Chairman or CEO of BP! These people and more should do something to at least control the already worsened situation.

Then next time something like this won&#039;t happen again, that there won&#039;t be 11 lives lost and billions of dollars wasted.</description>
