We have decided to reward all our hard work this year with a little break of our own – so we are off to romantic Venice on Saturday (well, as romantic as it can be with two small children along for the ride…)
Just for four days, but it will be my first visit to that watery-city and I am really looking forward to it.
I had to take a good look at my travel luggage just yesterday – not a good sight at all. And with just 48 hours until we leave I have given myself some added stress by deciding to invest in a new suitcase for the trip.
Seein as we have a long haul trip to Australia planned for next June – taking in several stops along the way – Arnold suggested looking at some Zero Halliburton luggage as it is supposed to be the best quality on the market right now. But whether I can find a place which stocks it in time will be the challenge.
Otherwise I will just lug along my old faithfull suitcase and get something new in Venice.
