When insurance works for you!

Very rarely would you read a good post about an insurance job where everything turns out right but I happen to be about to write one!

Three week ago some clown took his eyes off the road for a split second and ran his car up the back of us at an intersection – result was a bashed in back bumperbar. As it is a toyota we assumed we would be in for at least a couple of weeks without the car – imported parts etc – but we were pleasantly surprised.

From the time we contacted the auto insurance people to the time we got the car back from the repairers the total amount was just seven days. And that includes a weekend. We drove around in a very nice rental car for that time – I assume having to fork out for the rental spurred them on to complete the job.
